Every year on the last Saturday of September, the whole nation of Australia stops to watch one sporting game – the Australian Football Grand Final. Whole cities come to a halt as Aussies come together to watch the biggest sporting event of the year, with two teams battling it out for the Holy Grail of Australian sport – the AFL Premiership Cup.
Synonymous with beer drinking, merrymaking and that gritty Aussie camaraderie that the world has come to love, the AFL Grand Final is a day for friends, families and strangers to come together and celebrate the Australian way of life – enjoying crisp cold beers, epic sporting moments and outdoor feasts with your mates.
