Dr. Wei Lin is a legal expert who specializes in cross-border M&A, international trade remedies and dispute resolution. He has been an arbitrator at multiple commissions and centres including CIETAC, China Maritime Arbitration Commission, HKIAC, SIAC and ICC Arbitration. He was also selected in the panel of “One Thousand Foreign-related Business Talent Lawyers” by Chinese Ministry of Justice in 2019.

Ms. Emilia Shi

Ms. Emilia Shi is a legal expert with over 20 years’ experience advising international clients in their China-related business activities and  has advised on projects representing clients in major sectors such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, media, and beyond. Additionally, she acted as lead compliance officer for two Fortune 500 companies in Asia and has extensive experience in compliance policy review, audit and investigations.

Mr. Guanglei Zhang

Licensed in both China and the State of New York with a well-established reputation in commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Guanglei Zhang is experienced in planning comprehensive strategies for cross-border disputes.  Additionally, he has been an arbitrator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and often serves as legal expert witness on Chinese laws in lawsuits and arbitrations in the US and Singapore.
