In light of Australia’s continuing bushfire emergency, and escalating global concern about the Novel Coronavirus, IEAA and Austrade will co-host a free webinar for international education stakeholders.
This one-hour session will inform the sector about the actions being undertaken to support the health and safety of current and incoming international students. They will share a toolkit of resources developed by Austrade for providers to use when communicating with students, parents and education agents.
They will also provide an update on the role and scope of the Global Reputation Taskforce – established by Education Minister Dan Tehan as part of the Council for International Education – to help reinforce Australia’s standing as a world-class education destination.
Participants will be invited to ask questions and share their thoughts on how we can work together to minimise the impact of such events and ensure the wellbeing of all our international students.
