An Evening with 3x World Champion Scotty James

Australian snowboarder, Olympic bronze medallist and 3x World Champion, Scotty James has carved out a career as one of Australia’s leading Olympians. On Monday the 16th of December, AustCham China is thrilled to be hosting Scotty in conversation with CGTN’s Cheng Lei. Hear from Scotty as he talks about his journey to the top and onto the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
Now 25, Scotty was just 15 years old when he competed in his first Winter Olympics back in 2010, making him the youngest ever Australian Winter Olympian.
Based in Colorado, USA but still calling Melbourne home, the bronze medal winning, triple Olympian, 3x World Champion, 4x XGames medallist & US Open Champion is one of the most popular snow sportsman on the planet.
Scotty is a terrific role model and mentor within his sport as well as a great ambassador for winter sports and the sporting community.
