Sofitel Wanda Beijing is honored to host Michelin star chef Sébastien Sanjou to present a week long gastronomic festival at Heritage. Together with Sofitel’s Executive Chef Yannick Ehrsam, our Heritage Chef de Cuisine, Fatela Yohan and Executive Pastry Chef Teresa Ma. Sébastien Sanjou brings his own style and flair, with exciting events starting March 27th to April 2nd.

Sébastien Sanjou is from La Mongie (in the south of France), he opening his own restaurant Le Relais des Moines when he was only 20. The restaurant was previously used as a canteen for monks and quickly became a well-known restaurant in the region. He obtained his star in the Michelin Guide in 2013, and has deep knowledge of his region and it’s local produce. His plates are generally light, simple and based on local authentic produce, with a touch of modern.
Yannick Ehrsam– Executive Chef, Sofitel Wanda Beijing
Yannick Ehrsam is the only member in mainland China rewarded “MaÎtres Cuisiniers de France”. He has continuously developed his passion for the “Art of Cooking”, as well as embracing the variety of culture between France and China.
Fatela Yohan–Chef de Cuisine of Héritage
Yohan’s cuisine offers gustatory and visual emotions. The development of his dishes is related to spontaneous ideas and discovery. It represents modernity and the French “terroir” in the same dish.
Teresa Ma–Executive Pastry Chef
Teresa had more than 27 years of working experience in five-star hotels. In the field of sweets and bakery, she constantly surpasses herself in innovation and creativity.

2017年3月27日,北京万达索菲特大饭店将正式开启米其林“星厨”周,酒店荣幸邀请到来自法国的米其林星厨Sébastien Sanjou,携手北京万达索菲特大饭店行政总厨Yannick Ehrsam、和瑞法餐厅主厨Fatela Yohan和饼房行政总厨Teresa Ma,联袂打造米其林星级法餐盛筵。本次活动为期一周,期间酒店举办各种主题活动。

Sébastien Sanjou来自法国西南部比利牛斯区, 20岁时就建立了自己的餐厅Le Relais des Moines餐厅,31岁获得米其林一星资格。他注重保留食材新鲜、清新的味道,利用简单烹调的方法制作健康而又时尚的“轻食”法餐,品尝他出品的美食犹如欣赏精致浪漫法式艺术。
Yannick Ehrsam–北京万达索菲特大饭店行政总厨
来自法国的Yannick Ehrsam,是中国大陆唯一一位法国烹饪大师协会(MaÎtres Cuisiniers de France)的会员。他不断地发掘烹饪的艺术,让法餐在中西文化的碰撞下升华出独特的韵味。
Fatela Yohan —和瑞法餐厅主厨
来自法国的Fatela Yohan通过美食料理传递味觉和视觉的情感享受,并不断将新的想法融入到自己的美食创作中,将现代时尚和法式经典表现于每一道菜品中。
Teresa Ma–北京万达索菲特大饭店饼房行政总厨
Teresa在糕点烘培行业已有超过27年的工作经验,她将艺术融入烘培,令每一道甜品都散发出独特的艺术感,不只是甜点师,更是一位美食艺术家。
