About the Speakers:
Qing Ni CA
Partner, PwC China
Qing is a partner of PwC’s Private Equity Group in China, with over 19 years of experience in audit service relating to financial reporting and internal control for various financial institutions. Prior to joining PwC Beijing in 2004, he worked on audit and advisory practice for the financial services industry in PwC Sydney and Singapore offices. Currently, Ni Qing serves a large number of leading China focused PE/VC funds along with hedge funds and fund of funds, both onshore and offshore.
Qing is a Singapore CPA, an Australia Chartered Accountant (CA), a Hong Kong CPA and a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore as Bachelor of Accountancy with Honors, and received a master degree on Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Dylan Tev CA
Partner TMT, PwC China
Dylan is a Partner of PwC China, and a core member of PwC China Innovation Platform and Transformation Thinktank, with over 18 years of assurance and business advisory experience. Working in the entrepreneurial group specializing in Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, his clients range from high potential start-ups, to multinational and listed companies in these industries and others. He works extensively with venture capital and private equity firms on both domestic and outbound investments.
Dylan has a merit bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from University of New South Wales (Australia) and is a Hong Kong CPA as well as an Australian Chartered Accountant (CA).
