Hatchery is a platform dedicated to supporting and growing China’s next generation of food entrepreneurs and concepts. Our purpose is bringing more of the world’s unique flavours and cuisines to China. They’re doing this by partnering with entrepreneurs, investors and the community to support, showcase and hatch creative new food ideas in China. They offer both a platform for China’s food community, and a modern dining space in Beijing where new concepts and products can be enjoyed by the wider public.

They help brands grow quickly and sustainably, helping them build awareness,networks and market knowledge while avoiding the risks and overheads that traditionally come with starting a business, particularly in China. As an incubator, Hatchery supports entrepreneurs launching either a hospitality concept — such as a restaurant, cafe, bar, bakery, or food delivery service — or a new food and beverage product.
